CUSTOM ORDERS
|
Please plan accordingly. Custom items, for example, are aiguillettes, multi-color cords, cords with specially-added pins, epaulets, patches, and personalized merchandise. Custom work may take 4-7 weeks for delivery except for multi-color cords which may take 4-10 weeks. Credit cards will be charged prior to production of personalized custom work, such as engraving and imprinting. Custom items cannot be canceled once production has begun nor can they be returned. Art charges may still apply.

PAYMENT TERMS
|
| Credit will be extended on authorized purchase orders of schools, military, police and fire units, and government agencies. Terms are Net 30 days. We accept Visa, Impac/SmartPay, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express orders. The transaction name on your statement will be Glendale or Catalog Marketplace. Orders with declined credit cards will be canceled and are subject to a $5 charge on reorders . All other orders, prior to shipment, must be paid in full by check or money order. Please make check or money order payable to Glendale. |
GIFT CERTIFICATES, COUPONS, STORE CREDIT

SHIPPING BY UPS OR US POSTAL SERVICE

| Domestic shipments will be sent by UPS or US Postal Service, whichever is more expedient. Packages to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories and possessions, and APO/FPO will be sent by USPS Priority. |
MILITARY APO/FPO

| Because packages to APO/FPO destinations are shipped by both the US Postal Service and military transport, time in transport cannot be guaranteed, nor can packages be tracked. Please allow as much time as possible for delivery. |

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL U.S.

| We confirm shipping charges for international orders by email. For APO/FPO and US
addresses not within the continental US, shipping cost for orders under $400 will be the
amount of the continental US shipping chart above, plus a $10 handling fee. Shipping
costs for orders over $400 will be 8% of the merchandise value, plus a $10 handling
fee. For non-US addresses, estimated shipping cost for orders under $400 will be the amount of
the continental US shipping chart above, plus 15% of merchandise value and a $10
handling fee. For non-US addresses, estimated shipping cost for orders over $400 will be 15% of
the merchandise value, plus a $10 handling fee. If this estimate is not sufficient, we will
notify you prior to shipping. Unless otherwise requested, international orders are
shipped by Global Priority.

BACK ORDERS

| Unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Nevertheless, it is our policy to ship all available merchandise and back order the balance unless customer specifies otherwise. There are no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments within the continental U.S. |
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

| Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt of order. A packing slip is enclosed with each order and will list all merchandise shipped. Damaged cartons or bags must be noted as such and held at point of delivery for UPS damage claim inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for shortages or damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery. |
COLOR MATCHES

| We have tried to accurately reproduce all colors shown in this online catalog, but some variation may occur due to the processes of printing and scanning. Reorders are best handled by sending a sample for us to match colors. We aim for consistency, but there is a possibility of variation in dye lots. |
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If there are any problems, please notify us immediately upon receipt of order.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt with prior authorization and a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns of two-color cords, rifles,
personalized or specially-sized items, opened videos, DVDs, audio cassettes or CDs,
medals with inserts, custom orders, or used or altered merchandise!
