FAQ's


Q: Does ParadeStore.com charge tax?
A: All customers in New Jersey without a tax-exempt number on file with us will be
charged 7% tax. If tax-exempt, tax-exempt certificate must be sent with initial order.

Q: What are the shipping charges?
A: Click on this link for shipping charges.

Q: How long does it take to receive merchandise?
A: Click on this link for delivery estimates. In-stock orders ship within 3-5 business
days. General ground delivery time from New Jersey is 1-6 business days for receipt
within the continental United States. That makes a total of 3-11 business days from
date of order for in-stock merchandise.

Q: Why do we now have a log-in option?
A: It will speed up your ordering time. But it's your choice whether or not to use that
option. To insure your privacy, we do not keep credit cards on file.

Q: Why passwords now?
A: A password is only required if you choose the log-in option. When you receive an
email that an account has been created, a password is generated. You can then go
in and change the password. If you forget your password click on My Account then
click on "Forgot Your Password?" under "Sign In To Your Account" and put in your
email address. Click the "Continue" button and ParadeStore will mail your password to you.

Q: Why will I have a separate web account and customer number?
A: The web account information enables you to speed up web ordering and access all
past Internet orders by entering your email address and password. Your customer
number is the number Glendale assigns to all orders placed with Glendale by mail or
phone, as well as ParadeStore.com, that relates to you and your order history with
our company.

Q: I know you carry a particular item, but I couldn't find it on your site. Can I still
order it?
A: If you know the product number, enter it in the Search box on our home page, then
click Search. If you're still having trouble finding an item you've seen in our
catalogs, please contact us by email or phone us at our toll-free number at
800-653-5515.

Q: Where are your sale items?
A: Visit our On Sale! department for great savings on discontinued or overstocked
items.

Q: Can you bill me?
A: We do not bill individuals. Credit will be extended on authorized purchase orders of
US schools, military, police and fire units, and government agencies. Terms are Net 30 days. If you do not use purchase orders, your first order or any order over $1500
should be mailed or faxed to us on department letterhead and signed by the person
responsible for payment. Click on Store Directory/Company Information for phone/fax numbers and our address for mailing.

Q: Can you ship COD?
A: No, we do not ship COD.

Q: When will my credit card be charged for this order?
A: Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship – unless you
request otherwise. Our policy is to charge credit cards for shippable items only.
Backorders will be charged at time of shipment. If there is another way you need us
to handle your order, please indicate such in the special instructions comment field
located on the shipping and billing address page or email us at:
CustomerService@glendale.com.

Q: If items are in stock, how long will it take before my order ships?
A: Most orders are processed and available items are shipped within 5 business days.

Q: Is there real-time inventory on ParadeStore.com?
A: Our software does not have the ability to visually display inventories.
As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email telling
you which items , if any, are on backorder.

Q: Why aren't all items in stock all the time?
A: We sell over 14,000 items, and we try to keep most of them in stock! Sometimes
there is unpredicted demand; mostly, there are manufacturers' delays that are out of
our control. Custom products, like shoulder cords and flags, take time to create,
and personalized merchandise cannot be inventoried.

Q: How will I know if my order was received?
A: You will receive an order confirmation email with an order ID number. If you do
not get this email, your order did not go through. Please try again.

Q: Do I need an email address to place an online order?
A: Yes, in order to receive the confirmation email mentioned above.

Q: Are coupons ever available?
A: Yes, coupons for on-line orders are offered every few weeks in the "Bugler," Glendale's twice-monthly e-newsletter. Click here to Subscribe.

Q: Can gift certificates be purchased from Glendale ?
A: Sure! Order them online or call our toll-free number at 800-653-5515.

Q: Are there any Glendale outlets besides the one in New Jersey?
A: Sorry, no. Our only location is in Northvale, New Jersey.

Q: How secure is the information we provide online to ParadeStore.com?
A: We use the VeriSign Secure Server (SSL) to encrypt all information sent to this
site to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of information once it is in our records.
We also subscribe to TrustGuard's security certification program. TrustGuard is
certified by the payment card industry as an authorized PCI Compliance scan vendor.
Glendale always has and always will keep customer information confidential. We
only use our mail list to send out Glendale catalogs or information to customers.

Q: Is there a warranty on Glendale 's products?
A: All our merchandise is guaranteed against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship.

Q: Can merchandise be returned?
A: If there are any problems, please notify us immediately at returns@glendale.com.
Merchandise may be returned only with prior authorization and within 30 days of
receipt. Item/s to be returned must be packed in a professional manner, including
all original and retail packaging. For example, boxes for hats and flags cannot
be used as shipping boxes but must be put in a master box, as they were shipped
to you. Include in the package a copy of your invoice. We cannot accept returns of
rifles, personalized items, DVDs or CDs, medals with inserts, custom orders, or used
or altered merchandise.  A 15% restocking charge will apply to made-to-order Sam
Browne belts and straps. Original shipping charges are not refundable nor can they be
credited. We will pay return and/or replacement shipping charges only if
shipment was Glendale's error.

Q: Does Glendale ParadeStore have a wholesale price list?
A: Sorry, no. We are strictly retail and sell directly to all customers ranging from government entities to individuals.

Q: Why can't I resell Glendale ParadeStore exclusive items?
A: Because we have invested time and resources into the development and creation of many exclusive products, we reserve the right to restrict resale.

Q: May I make suggestions for items I'd like to see ParadeStore.com sell?
A: Customer suggestions and comments are always welcome! Write to

Q: What is the "Bugler"?
A: The "Bugler" is our free e-newsletter that we send out twice monthly with facts of
interest, information about merchandise, coupons to purchase merchandise, and
notification of sales and events. We pledge to keep the “Bugler” enjoyable and
