Ordering from Glendale has never been easier or safer than with the on-line Glendale store! Use the menu above to browse the store, then order your selections. You can also search for products by keywords or SKUs. When you're satisfied that you have what you want, click on "Your Cart" in the upper right corner of the page so you can view everything in your cart. Click on Checkout to complete the order.

After you've placed an order, you will receive a Confirmation E-Mail with a Confirmation Number. If you should have any questions about your order, please refer to this number when speaking with a Glendale representative.

Most orders are processed and available items are shipped within 5 business days. Refer to the UPS Service chart to estimate time in transit in number of working days from Northvale, New Jersey. Since all items are not in stock at all times, please allow ample lead time ordering.

CREATING & MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT

The web account information enables you to speed up web ordering and access all past internet orders by entering your E-Mail address and password. Your customer number is the number Glendale assigns to all orders placed with Glendale by mail or phone, as well as ParadeStore.com that relates to you and your order history with our company.

ORDERING BY MAIL

Orders and payments should be sent to: 192 Paris Ave., Northvale, NJ 07647-2016. Please make check payable to Glendale. If a mailed order is sent confirming a phone, fax, E-Mail, or Web order, please mark it "CONFIRMATION" to avoid duplication.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Please plan accordingly. Custom items, for example, are aiguillettes, multi-color cords, cords with specially-added pins, epaulets, patches, and personalized merchandise. Custom work may take 4-7 weeks for delivery except for multi-color cords which may take 4-10 weeks. Credit cards will be charged prior to production of personalized custom work, such as engraving and imprinting. Custom items cannot be canceled once production has begun nor can they be returned. Art charges may still apply.

PAYMENT TERMS

Credit will be extended on authorized purchase orders of US schools, military, police and fire units, and government agencies. Terms are Net 30 days. We accept Visa, Impac/SmartPay, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express orders. The transaction name on your statement will be Glendale Parade Store LLC. Orders with declined credit cards will be canceled and are subject to a $5 charge on reorders . All other orders, prior to shipment, must be paid in full by check or money order. Please make check or money order payable to Glendale.

Within New Jersey, add 7% sales tax. If tax-exempt, tax exempt certificate must be sent with initial order.

BACK ORDERS

Unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Nevertheless, it is our policy to ship all available merchandise and back order the balance unless customer specifies otherwise. There are no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments within the continental U.S.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt of order. A packing slip is enclosed with each order and will list all merchandise shipped. Damaged cartons or bags must be noted as such and held at point of delivery for UPS damage claim inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for shortages or damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
