Details

Acknowledged as the father of the modern American Air Force, here's the insignia that bears his name. General Henry “Hap” Arnold commanded the Army Air Force in World War II. The insignia was designed by James Rawls, an artist and a member of General Arnold's staff. It was inspired by British Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s "V for Victory" sign – thus, the upturned wings. The emblem was approved in 1942.

Complete belt with Hap Arnold emblem on nickel buckle, plus catch and nickel keepers. Adjustable to 50". Permanent shine. No polish! Gently wipe with clean, soft cloth.
