Shipping and Delivery

When authorized, we will make partial shipments to meet customer deadlines; but partial invoices must be paid within our payment terms. ALL MERCHANDISE IS SHIPPED FOB NEW JERSEY.

SHIPPING BY UPS OR US POSTAL SERVICE

Domestic shipments will be sent by UPS or US Postal Service, whichever is more expedient. Packages to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and other US territories and possessions, and APO/FPO will be sent by USPS Priority.

MILITARY APO/FPO

Because packages to APO/FPO destinations are shipped by both the US Postal Service and military transport, time in transport cannot be guaranteed, nor can packages be tracked. Please allow as much time as possible for delivery.

RUSH ORDERS

If your order must be shipped by air due to destination or for expediency, please call Glendale at 1-800-653-5515 or 201-767-0233 during our regular business hours: 9-6 Monday - Friday Eastern time. There will be an additional charge for Express Air Service, determined by weight. Signature will be required.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

See shipping rates below for ground delivery. For all orders shipped by ground service within the contiguous US, shipping charges are determined by the merchandise value + any additional weight surcharges for flag pole floor stands.

PLEASE NOTE: For UPS delivery, a street address must be included in shipping instructions. UPS fees for change-of-delivery address after package has shipped will be charged to customer.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE CONTIGUOUS U.S.

We confirm shipping charges for international orders by email. For APO/FPO and US addresses not within the contiguous US, shipping cost for orders under $500 will be the amount of the contiguous US shipping chart above, plus a $10 handling fee. Shipping costs for orders over $500 will be 8% of the merchandise value, plus a $10 handling fee. For non-US addresses, shipping cost will be estimated by adding a $10 handling fee and an additional 15% of merchandise value to contiguous US charges. If this estimate is not sufficient, we will notify you prior to shipping. Unless otherwise requested, international orders are shipped by Global Priority.

There may be size and product restrictions for shipping to some foreign countries, which may prevent us from shipping certain merchandise overseas. Please verify with your nation's customs office for any current import restrictions.

Glendale ParadeStore is not responsible for collection or payment of duty, tax, or brokerage fees at non-US addresses.

BACK ORDERS

Unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. Nevertheless, it is our policy to ship all available merchandise and back order the balance unless customer specifies otherwise. There are no additional delivery charges for multiple shipments within the contiguous U.S.

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported immediately upon receipt of order. A packing slip is enclosed with each order and will list all merchandise shipped. Damaged cartons or bags must be noted as such and held at point of delivery for UPS damage claim inspection. We cannot accept responsibility for shortages or damages reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
